Our Embroidery Service Process
Step 1: You Give Us The Design
We take the design you submit to us, clean it up, and figure out the best way to embroider it on your custom polo shirts, hats, caps, towels, bags, or other apparel.
Step 2: Getting the Design Approved
We will send you a final proof of the design for you approval. We wont begin production until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
Step 3: Embroidery Begins
We send you design off to our embroidery team, who quickly and carefully embrioders your design on to your custom product.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
We carefully inspect each piece individually and trim and clean up any addition fabric or stitches. Once that is complete we re-check them to make sure every piece is accurate.
Step 5: Shipping
Next we ship your product to the address provided to us. We also give you a guaranteed delivery date, tracking number, and an email confirmation once it ships.
Step 6: Enjoy
WFrom there it is up to you. Share your new custom embroidered apparel with you rfamily, friendsm coworkers, or sell them to your customers.

What is the average turnaround time for custom embroidered apparel?
AWe offer some of the fastest turnaround times to our customers. Orders are typically delivered 7 to 10 business days after they are received. If you need your products sooner just let us know. We can accomodate even the strictest timelines.
What kind of thread do you use?
AThere are many different types of threads that are used in the process, but the two most common ones are rayon and polyester. Deciding on which one is right for you will depend mainly on personal preference. Some people prefer the vibrant colors of polyester while others prefer the natural shine of rayon. Regardless of which one you prefer, we want to provide our customers with as many options as possible, so we offer both.
How big can my design be?
The recommended size for embroidery is four to five inches wide, but we have an excellent reputation for being able to work with our customers. When we are capable of accomodating your request, we are happy to do so.
Does Hollywood Screen Printing Offer Tackle Twill?
Definitely! We don't currently offer it as a selectable option on our website, however, we are happy to accomodate any order of any size
Will the embroidery last a long time?
